Always a great lift here, lots of diversity in machines to support any goals. Super kind and supportive people out here and people varying in all levels and fitness. Owners are super friendly and helpful! The ambience and vibe of this place is unmatched.

Excellent gym with premium equipment. This gym is decorated very aesthetically, including the posing room. Easy parking and 24 hour access on highway 410. I’ve been consistently training with them at here. Highly recommend to check out their gym as well as personal training sessions to reach your goals!

John and Emmy are the best in the biz in the PNW!!! They built a beautiful facility with excellent equipment selections, and a super sick aesthetic. Great for anyone from bodybuilders to the average joe looking to get more active, the environment is 10/10!!!
